Fjord, Bogs and Barrens
4 Hour Tour
Are you ready for the ultimate Newfoundland adventure? Then join us for a 4-hour tour that will take you to the heart of Gros Morne National Park, where you will discover the rich history, culture and nature of this amazing place.
You will learn about the indigenous Mi'kmaq people and their traditions, see the stunning scenery of a Fjord, bogs and barrens, and enjoy a delicious lunch on the barren. You will have plenty of time to relax, forage, or take photos of your unforgettable journey. This is not a rushed tour, but a chance to immerse yourself in the local life.
You will also have a blast at our mini kitchen party, where you will sample some of our homemade jams and Face N Eyes buns, and join in the fun with music, ugly sticks and spoons. You will even learn how to play an ugly stick yourself! Then sit back on the patio and soak in the sounds and smells of nature.
And don't forget the grand finale: a private Screech In ceremony in the woods, where you will become an honorary Newfoundlander (non-alcoholic). We will end this tour with some storytelling as we drive back to Rocky Harbour.
